During the pandemic, Dorothy was not able to socialize much, so she turned to the internet and started watching fashion lifestyle blogs. She learned how women were living in style in their fifties through their seventies in these blogs. There was next to nothing about the lifestyle of a woman in her eighties or nineties who was alone, facing the end of life, and trying to do it in style and grace.
Dorothy is blessed with fairly good health and a good life. She wants to share her experiences about becoming a widow, selling her home, and moving into a retirement community. While her experiences are her own, she would like to share how this ninety-two-year-old great-grandmother made it happen for her.
